The MVC golf event begins at Noon on July 7 - the format is a shotgun start, four-person scramble with two flights. The flights will be arranged based upon information submitted with the registration for handicap and team preferences. Teams will be set by preference; however, it may be necessary to make changes based upon tournament needs.
Registration is closed.
The Day’s Events
Event check-in will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until Noon. Dress code - Collared shirts are required. Denim shorts/pants are not permitted. Tennis shoes are acceptable.
The members’ locker room is available for participants, as well as the practice area. A box lunch will be provided at the clubhouse to registrants at 11 a.m. All players should complete lunch, warm-up and preparation and be at their designated starting hole by 11:50 a.m.
A reception will be held in the clubhouse from 4 to 6 p.m. at which time the winners will be announced and prizes awarded.

Transportation from the Westin Crown Center hotel is available. Vans will be leaving at 30-minute intervals starting at 8:30 a.m. Special needs or arrangements for transportation to the tournament from the KCI airport can be arranged in advance by contacting B. Chrisco, Missouri DOT, at 816-622-6341.
